Providing ethical, transparent, and professional immigration consulting services in accordance with Canadian law and the CICC Code of Professional Conduct.

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our website, booking a consultation, or engaging any services provided by Irex Immigration Consulting (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.


1. Services Provided

Irex Immigration Consulting offers Canadian immigration consulting services, including (but not limited to):

  • Initial consultations
  • Temporary resident visa applications (visitor, student, worker)
  • Express Entry profile creation and PR submissions
  • Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) applications
  • Family sponsorships
  • LMIA submissions for employers
  • Citizenship applications

All services are offered by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) in compliance with Canadian immigration law.


2. Eligibility

To engage our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your province or country
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete personal and legal information
  • Not be barred from using Canadian immigration services under any legal or regulatory restriction

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information and documents
  • Respond promptly to communications and requests from our team
  • Understand that failure to comply or provide required documents can lead to delays or refusal of immigration applications
  • Review and sign a Retainer Agreement before any paid service is initiated (as per CICC guidelines)

4. Professional Fees and Payments

  • Fees for services are disclosed transparently on our Service Fees page and in all individual client retainer agreements
  • Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include third-party government processing fees, translation, medical, or courier services
  • Payment is accepted via e-transfer, PayPal, or bank transfer (details will be provided upon agreement)

Full payment terms, including deposit schedules and refund eligibility, will be clearly outlined in the signed Retainer Agreement for each client engagement.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the terms outlined in your individual Retainer Agreement. Generally, refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • If services have not yet commenced
  • If the client withdraws within a specified time frame after signing the retainer
  • If a clear administrative error was made by Irex Immigration Consulting

No refund will be provided for government processing fees or once a file has been submitted to IRCC, a provincial nominee program, or another regulatory body.


6. Disclaimer of Guarantees

We provide immigration consulting services, not legal guarantees.

  • The final decision on any visa, permit, or immigration status lies solely with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or other relevant government bodies.
  • We do not guarantee visa approval or processing times.
  • We work in good faith to maximize your chances but cannot be held responsible for decisions made by external authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

Irex Immigration Consulting will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of opportunity or income
  • Delays caused by government agencies, postal services, technical malfunctions, or inaccurate information provided by the client

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in question.


8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We maintain the confidentiality of all client information in accordance with CICC Code of Conduct, Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA), and our internal Privacy Policy. Your personal and immigration data will not be shared with any third party without your express consent, except as required by law.


9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • The client provides false or misleading information
  • The client fails to cooperate or breaches the terms of the Retainer Agreement
  • It is in violation of applicable laws or professional conduct regulations

Clients also reserve the right to terminate services in writing. Any termination terms and refunds (if applicable) will be governed by the signed Retainer Agreement.


10. Use of Website

All content on our website is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon without consulting a licensed immigration consultant. Misuse, duplication, or unauthorized distribution of our website content is strictly prohibited.


11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.


12. Modifications to Terms

Irex Immigration Consulting reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We encourage clients to review this page periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
