Refund Policy

We value your trust and strive to provide fair, transparent, and ethical immigration services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.

1. General Policy

Refunds are not issued automatically and are subject to the terms set out in your signed Retainer Agreement, which is a legally binding contract between you and Irex Immigration Consulting.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • You cancel the service before any work has commenced on your file
  • You cancel within 3 business days of signing the Retainer Agreement and have not received any deliverables
  • An administrative or clerical error was made by our office

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • If services have already commenced
  • If your application has been submitted to IRCC, a provincial government, or another authority
  • If your application is refused due to reasons outside of our control (e.g., misrepresentation by the applicant, failure to meet IRCC criteria)
  • If you change your mind about immigrating or working/studying in Canada
  • If delays occur due to IRCC backlogs, global events, or policy changes

4. Partial Refunds

In certain cases where only part of the agreed-upon work has been completed, partial refunds may be issued at the discretion of Irex Immigration Consulting, and will be calculated based on:

  • The proportion of work completed
  • Time and resources already invested
  • Administrative and processing costs incurred

5. Government Fees and Third-Party Costs

Please note that government processing fees, language tests, ECA services, medical exams, and other third-party costs are non-refundable, even if your immigration application is unsuccessful.

6. Processing Time for Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days after approval and will be returned via the original payment method or another agreed method.

8. Policy Updates

We may amend this Refund Policy as needed. Clients will be notified of material changes. The version in force at the time of your retainer signing will apply.
